Mr.Kool offers state of the art, customized refrigerated transport solutions for perishables at economical pricing and at temperatures ranging from -25 to 25 degree Celsius. We serve customers across dairy, frozen food, organized retail and pharmaceutical industries. Mr Kool is our modest effort towards easing bottlenecks in farm to fork chain and strengthening the link between farmers, processors, marketers and consumers.

Mr. Kool commenced its operations in Reefer transport in March, 2015 with a fleet size of 8 trucks. Today, it operates a fleet of 130 refrigerated trucks. In a span of 24 months, the company has successfully acquired businesses from more than 250 clients across dairy, food processing, pharmaceuticals and related sectors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• • Support the Innovation Program of the firm – including re-invigorating and monitoring the process on a day to day basis.
• • Support the strategic planning process of the Risk Consulting function – including interacting with service line leaders, research on the market and competitors, ideation on organic and inorganic growth, business plan development, etc.
• • Support internal practice development of the risk consulting practice.
• • Should be able to collaboratively and independently work on a wide variety of projects within different work streams.
• • Should be able to plan and manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• • Monitor progress, manage risk and verify key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
• • Demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge and keep oneself updated on new developments in the market place.
• • Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

• • UG - Any Graduate / Any Specialization.
• • Post Graduate - Any.
• • 4 - 6 years of experience with a firm of repute in the above-mentioned field and/or working with a similar consulting organization.
• • Proficiency in MS Office software and tools.
• • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines on multiple projects.
• • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Experience and Background:

• • The ideal candidate should have extensively worked on business / market research and strategic planning projects.
• • He/she should have a strong command on the English language and should be able to interpret data intelligently.
• • Is enthusiastic, has a positive attitude, and the willingness to push the envelope.
• • Has exceptional inter-personal, collaborative and creative skills.
• • Possesses good business acumen, is creative by nature and attuned to out-of-the-box thinking, with the ability to working with tough deadlines.
